  • Selected for the start of a new customer support business segment that added functionality to Cobalt's servers. Responsibilities in this position included adding features such as PHP and webmail to Cobalt servers, and managing migrations from legacy Cobalt and NT boxes to new Cobalt units.
  • Researched and developed usable metrics and business plans to identify possible new segments.
  • Traveled to customer sites for on-site support of migration from NT to Linux-based Cobalt servers.
